This course provides disability and aged care support workers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to safely administer oral medication. It covers the six rights of medication administration, reading medication charts, understanding drug schedules, infection control protocols, and responding to medication incidents. Participants leave confident and competent to support clients with their medication needs within their scope of practice.
