Michael McHugh established Consider Care after decades working in community services and education. He previously founded Edutemps — one of Australia's leading education services companies — bringing deep expertise in training delivery and workforce development.
His personal experience with disability support systems provided the final catalyst: a recognition that training in the care sector needed to go beyond theory and truly reflect the day-to-day realities of support work.
That conviction became the foundation of Consider Care — a training provider built from the ground up for the disability and aged care sectors, not adapted from generic health training.
