Consider Care stands behind the quality of all training programs. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, cancellations, and our satisfaction guarantee.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind every session we deliver. Any participant who is dissatisfied with their training will be offered a free repeat session — no questions asked. All online courses come with a quality guarantee.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available when a cancellation is made at least 5 business days before the scheduled training date. Cancellations made within 5 business days of the session will not be eligible for a refund, but a credit or transfer to an alternative date may be arranged.
Cancellation by Consider Care
In the rare event that Consider Care cancels or postpones a scheduled session, all affected participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.
Online Courses
Online course refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed. After this period, or if significant content has been accessed, refunds are not available but a credit note may be issued.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at admin@considercare.com.au with your name, booking reference, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days.
