Course Overview
This course equips disability and aged care support workers with the knowledge and practical skills to recognise, respond to, and prevent anaphylactic reactions in clients at risk. Participants learn about allergic triggers, the signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis, how to administer an adrenaline autoinjector (EpiPen), and how to follow an Anaphylaxis Action Plan.
