About This Course
This course provides disability and aged care support workers with the knowledge to confidently support clients living with diabetes. Participants learn about the types of diabetes, how to monitor blood glucose levels, recognise and respond to hypoglycaemic and hyperglycaemic episodes, support insulin administration, and apply relevant duty of care principles.
